A Welcome Bag with Purpose

For this year’s incentive group, we designed a one-of-a-kind welcome bag featuring the beloved Blake Bag—a perfect fusion of artistry from two different regions of Mexico. The woven palm comes from skilled artisans in Guerrero, while the leather accents are handcrafted in Guanajuato.

One of the most inspiring stories behind this bag is Uriel’s journey. Facing the possibility of closing his leather workshop, he found new life through this project, allowing him to keep his factory running and provide steady jobs for his employees. This year’s event lineup included something totally unique—a wig party! To make the celebration even sweeter, we created custom-designed cookies that perfectly matched the theme. Seeing everyone enjoy these fun, colorful treats was a highlight of the event!

The Hat Bar: A Surprise to Remember

One of the most exciting moments was the personalized hat experience. Attendees were delighted to discover that they could design their own custom hat, selecting from a variety of bands, embellishments, and personal touches.
